1. About Lanzarote BB&SB Training
   Lanzarote BB&SB Training provides private baseball and softball training services, including individual coaching sessions, training packages, athlete development programs, and branded athletic merchandise.
   Training sessions are designed to support player development, confidence, discipline, and skill improvement. Results may vary depending on the athlete’s effort, consistency, experience level, physical condition, and individual development.

2. Bookings and Training Sessions
   All training sessions are subject to coach availability, facility availability, weather conditions, field conditions, and scheduling limits.
   Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, athlete information, and any relevant notes about the athlete’s goals, skill level, or needs.
   A booking is not considered confirmed until the required payment and confirmation process has been completed.
   For athletes under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must approve the booking and accept responsibility for the athlete’s participation.

3. Payments
   All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
   Applicable taxes, shipping fees, and other charges may be calculated at checkout.
   Online payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Lanzarote BB&SB Training does not intentionally collect or store full credit card details on this website.

4. Training Session Refunds and Rescheduling
   Training sessions are non-refundable.
   Customers may reschedule a training session with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled session time.
   Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session and no-shows are non-refundable.
   If Coach Pablo Lanzarote or Lanzarote BB&SB Training needs to cancel or reschedule a session due to weather, field conditions, facility issues, illness, scheduling conflict, or another unexpected situation, the customer will be offered the opportunity to reschedule or receive account credit.

5. Training Packages
   Training packages include multiple training hours or sessions.
   Unless otherwise stated, package sessions must be scheduled directly with Coach Pablo Lanzarote based on availability.
   Training packages are intended for the athlete listed at the time of booking and may not be transferred to another person without prior approval.
   Training packages are non-refundable once the first session has been used.
   Unused package sessions may be rescheduled based on coach availability.

6. Athlete Participation and Assumption of Risk
   Baseball and softball training involve physical activity and may include throwing, hitting, catching, running, agility work, strength movement, and other sports-related drills.
   By participating in training, athletes and/or their parents or legal guardians understand that sports activity includes inherent risks, including injury.
   Athletes should only participate if they are physically able to do so. If there are any medical concerns, the athlete or parent/legal guardian should consult a qualified medical professional before participating.

7. Merchandise Orders
   Merchandise sold through this website may include branded shirts, apparel, and athletic products.
   Product images are provided for reference. Colors, placement, fit, and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings, production, sizing, and product availability.
   Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order.

8. Shipping and Delivery
   Shipping options and local pickup options, when available, will be shown at checkout.
   Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
   If an order cannot be shipped within the expected timeframe, Lanzarote BB&SB Training will contact the customer with an update.
   Lanzarote BB&SB Training is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information, carrier delays, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

9. Returns and Exchanges
   Merchandise returns, exchanges, damaged items, incorrect items, and order issues are handled according to our Returns, Refunds & Rescheduling Policy.
   Please review that policy before placing an order or booking a session.

10. Website Content
    All text, images, branding, logos, graphics, and content on this website belong to Lanzarote BB&SB Training or are used with permission.
    You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or reuse website content for commercial purposes without written permission.

11. Changes to These Terms
    Lanzarote BB&SB Training may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
